The flat shape of these eyes pretty exactly imitates the cornea of the real eagle owl. The iris color has been developed according to original photographs of the eagle owl. Besides the typical slightly distorted orange-yellow structure, the eyes come with a subtle green ring around the pupil as it is seen very often in these birds.
